The altitude between 300 and 550 metres , the microclimate favoured by the proximity of Lake Arancio and the woods , the temperature range , have allowed us to select the vines adapting them to the characteristics of the land , to produce wines with great personality . The ampelographic platform is composed of the native Nero d'Avola , Perricone, Catarratto Grillo and Moscato Bianco and the international Chardonnay , Syrah , Cabernet Franc and Merlot .
