Arancio Lucido

1
Origin and vineyard
Arancio Lucido is made from Catarratto Lucido grapes grown in the Lago Arancio vineyard, approximately 320 meters above sea level. Production is approximately 60 quintals per hectare, and the grapes are harvested by hand around September 10th, placing them in 20-kg crates.
2
Winemaking
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine remains in contact with the skins for 25 days in stainless steel tanks, acquiring structure, aromatic complexity, and its characteristic orange color. The sulfite content is less than 10 mg/l.
3
Organoleptic characteristics
With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it features a deep, bright orange color. On the nose, it releases aromas of fresh fruit, wildflowers, cut grass, chamomile, and orange honey. On the palate, it is refined, harmonious, and characterized by a long finish.
