  1. Bookings and Wine Tastings
    Wine tastings and winery visits can be booked through the booking system available on the website.
    Each experience includes information on the price, duration, indicative number of participants, and services included.
    A booking is considered confirmed once the procedure provided on the website has been completed and the relevant confirmation has been received.
    Guests are requested to inform us in advance of any allergies, food intolerances, or special requirements.

  2. Prices and Payments
    All prices are stated in euros and, unless otherwise indicated, include applicable taxes.
    Payment may be made using the methods available at the time of booking or purchase.
    Before confirming an order or booking, the customer will be able to view the total price and any additional costs.

  3. Changes and Cancellations of Wine Tastings
    Any requests to change or cancel a booking must be communicated promptly to Cantina Di Prima.
    Any specific cancellation and refund conditions indicated on the page of the individual experience shall prevail over the general provisions of this section.
    In the event of a significant delay or failure to attend without prior notice, the winery reserves the right to shorten the duration of the experience or consider the booking as unused.

  4. Changes by the Winery
    In the event of exceptional circumstances, adverse weather conditions, force majeure, or unforeseen organisational requirements, Cantina Di Prima may change the time, itinerary, or certain elements of the experience.
    If it is not possible to provide the booked service, a new date or an alternative solution will be offered whenever possible.

  5. Sale of Wines
    Products available in the online store are described on their respective product pages.
    Product availability may vary, and the inclusion of an item on the website does not guarantee its permanent availability.
    The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only within the limits established by applicable law and exclusively to persons who have reached the legal age required by law.

  6. Shipping
    Where online sales are available, shipping times, methods, and costs will be communicated to the customer before the order is completed.
    The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

  7. Right of Withdrawal
