Origin and vineyard
Janub Bianco is made from Moscato Bianco grapes grown in the Lago Arancio vineyard, approximately 320 meters above sea level. Production is approximately 70 quintals per hectare, and the harvest takes place between September 5th and 10th.

Winemaking
After vinification, the wine ages for at least two months in the bottle, developing balance, finesse, and greater aromatic harmony.

Organoleptic characteristics
With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it has a bright straw yellow color. The nose reveals hints of fresh fruit and wildflowers. On the palate, it is refined, harmonious, and characterized by a long finish.

Food pairings
It pairs particularly well with spaghetti with clams, lime and ginger, and spaghetti with smoked butter, anchovy sauce, and tuna bottarga.
