With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it has a bright straw yellow color. The nose reveals hints of fresh fruit and wildflowers. On the palate, it is refined, harmonious, and characterized by a long finish.

It pairs particularly well with spaghetti with clams, lime and ginger, and spaghetti with smoked butter, anchovy sauce, and tuna bottarga.
