The tasting begins with the aromatic Janub Bianco, made from Moscato grapes, and continues with the freshness of Grillo del Lago, from the vineyards bordering Lake Arancio. La Risinata, a Chardonnay grown at 520 meters above sea level, stands out for its finesse, harmony, and persistence. The journey concludes with Arancio Lucido, our Orange Wine made from Catarratto Lucido grapes, spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and left to macerate on the skins for 25 days. A unique wine, with golden highlights and delicate notes of fruit, wildflowers, chamomile, and orange honey.
