Service Description

Janub Rosso opens the tasting with the softness of Syrah, accompanied by aromas of red fruits and delicate spicy notes. La Matrice, Nero d'Avola DOC Sambuca di Sicilia, offers hints of strawberry, cherry, and Mediterranean fruit, with a velvety body and balanced tannins. The journey continues with Gibilmoro, a merlot with an enveloping character, and concludes with Villamaura, a Syrah Riserva with great structure and elegance. Its balsamic notes, Mediterranean spices, ripe fruit, and long finish represent one of the most important expressions of our winery.
