Service Description
The tasting includes eight wines: three whites, an Orange Wine, and four reds. It begins with the aromatic aromas of Janub Bianco, the freshness of Grillo del Lago, and the finesse of La Risinata Chardonnay. The journey continues with Arancio Lucido, an Orange Wine made from spontaneously fermented Catarratto Lucido and macerated on the skins, before exploring the character of our reds: Janub Rosso, La Matrice Nero d'Avola, Gibilmoro Merlot, and Villamaura Syrah Riserva. Villamaura concludes the experience with its structure, balsamic notes, Mediterranean spices, and long finish. The eight wines are accompanied by a generous platter of local cheeses and cured meats, caponata, olives, white and red pizza, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, Sambuca bread, and our own extra virgin olive oil.
