Service Description

A tasting designed to discover four representative organic wines from our production, accompanied by a rich platter of Sicilian specialties. The journey takes in the freshness of Grillo del Lago, the finesse of La Risinata Chardonnay, and the uniqueness of Arancio Lucido, our Orange Wine made from Catarratto Lucido. The tasting concludes with La Matrice, a Nero d'Avola DOC Sambuca di Sicilia, with its velvety body and aromas of Mediterranean fruit. The wines are paired with cheeses, cured meats, caponata, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, local bread, and our own extra virgin olive oil.
