Winemaking

Maceration lasts 22 days in contact with the skins. The wine then ages for 12 months in 225-liter oak barriques, 12 months in steel tanks, and a further 12 months in bottle.

With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol., it features an intense ruby red color and a purplish crown. The nose expresses elegant balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate, it is structured and persistent, with a pleasant freshness and robust yet well-balanced tannins.

It pairs particularly well with wild boar stew with potato mousse and confit vegetables.
