HARVEST PERIOD: Grillo 14th of September, Chardonnay 14th of August
FERMENTATION: 12 days in steel
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5 % vol.
COLOUR: straw yellow
NOSE: sent of fresh fruit, wild flowers, bitter almond
PALATE: great fineness, harmony and long persistent taste

FOOD SUGGESTIONS: spaghetti with black cuttlefish, anchovies in spices, fish mackerel meatballs sweet and sour
